  2. Indicate if the product is an Original Manufacturer Product such as Hewlett Packard, Xerox, etc. or if the product is manufactured by a third party such as Quill, Data Products, etc.

  3. List the Manufacturer's product number as printed on the cartridge or supply carton.

  4. Indicate if the product is in factory sealed box, open box or damaged box.

  5. Many cartridges, such as HP Laser Cartridges and Inkjet Cartridges have expiration dates imprinted on the cartridge box. Always look for and list the expiration date for each cartridge in the appropriate space provided. We purchase many "out of date" cartridges but we do need to know the expiration dates when applicable.

  6. List the quantity for each product that you have for sale.
